Topics:Foot Pain

i got my orthotics and shoes, cost was high, but i thought it would help the pain in my arches, i have loose ligaments, soft tissue damage and fallen arches, now wearing orthotics is forcing me to walk properly, arch pain is gone but i am now experiencing severe pain on outer edge of foot and under that area is swollen at times it feels fractured, but i didn't hurt my foot, most times my foot throbes and at times i can't walk on it...as i can't wear my orthotics, the company i got them from reduced prescription half way and still no better....anyone with similiar issue and help to make pain go away, im trying not to take pain pills as i would have to take them all the time...?
