I just had an MRI done for my significant lower back pain and it came up with nothing. How can this be???

Doesn't there have to be something causing this pain?

Sure, something has to be causing the pain. It could be something that doesn't show on an MRI, like a pinched nerve. If your doctor can't come up with answers, it's time for a new doctor.

Best wishes,

Jon
