Q: what is the difference between oxycodone hcl 15 mg had/now have oxycodone-acetaminophen 10-325 ??

The difference is now you are taking 10mg of oxycodone instead of 15mg. Plus there is 325mg of acetaminophen added to it.

Oxycodone Hcl 15 mg. is purely oxycodone containing 15mg..while oxycodone 10-325mg..meaning you have oxycodone 10mg + 325mgs. of Paracetamol or acetaminophen..
