lower back pain

I was rear ended about three months. I see chiropractor three days a week. I have been experiencing pain in left foot, like cramps and tingles. Just two days ago I have felt throbbing pain in hands. Is this all due to lower back pain? Please Help! I have never had this kind of pain. What should I…
