Q: neck pain

i have had a back problem since nov 02 n since march this year ive started 2 get pains in back of my neck n had dizzy spells cud the neck pain be coming from my back?

Theoretically, yes. There is a kind of pain called referred pain which originates elsewhere. However if you have untreated back pain the condition can also spread. Often when we're in pain muscles get contracted and start pulling on other muscles - causing them to get contracted and painful as well. Its possible that original area of injury is throwing other areas out of balance. It possible that relieving the muscle tension present could be helpful either through massage or other muscle relaxation techniques. I've recently found help with myofascial massage which deals with referred pain. Good luck!
