Q: what over the counter pain medication does not thin the blood?

That is a surprisingly tough question to answer. Aspirin, ibuprofen, etc. are blood thinners. Several websites stated that acetaminophen is not a blood thinner (although it can increase the effects of a blood thinner you might be taking). The best thing to do is to simply ask any pharmacist at a store and they will be able to tell you. Good luck.
