There's very little difference between them.  Both have 5 mg of hydrocodone.  The only difference is in the amount of acetaminophen – one has 325 mg and the other has 500 mg.  The purpose of the acetaminophen is to boost the pain-relieving effects of the hydrocodone.  While technically, the 5/500 are a tiny bit stronger, I doubt the difference would be noticeable.
