what may be wrong , i have a problem my neck , legs , my body is uneasy same as my legs , feel drow

 After a week of taking some malaria drugs thought would feel better started experiencing drowsiness/dizziness, my legs are gittery feel like am getting paralysed, dont want to do anything , dont want to associate with friends , keep to myself , feel unstable , like something is wrong with my body , but my hb is terrific , also check my liver,kidney ,sugar.syphillis,red and white blood cells, l have lost weight , l dont feel like eating ,l feel like am going to die because of an unknown illness.

thought l was pregnant but tested negative ,but still think i might be
