left leg pain after X-STOP implant

I had a procedure done about a week ago. I had an X-Stop implant done last week. This Titanium device is suppose to take the pressure off a pinched nerve which is affecting my left leg.  I was suppose to feel immediate relief. I am now having pain in my back and still having an aching feeling in my left leg.  Before this I had an epidural which did not work completely and was put on the drug Lyrica. I have been able to walk and had dull ache while taking the Lyrica but decided to go ahead with surgery anyway. Will I experience a pain free left leg?
