Q: I am a 40 yr. female~have fibromyalgia and have never been able to achieve an orgasm~what can I do?

I am a 40 year old female that has had fibromyalgia and chronic pain since late teenage.

I have never been able to achieve an orgasm by myself or with a partner. I also don't really feel any sensation when the actual intercourse is happening.  I take meds: Effexor, Welbutrin, and Amitriptiline. I feel so unfulfilled and therefore don't wish to have sex~this is really hard on my relationship with my husband. Please help!!!

you need to enhance your sense of touch and feel  , Do you like your Nipples played with and  do you just relax dueing foreplay and Interciurse do you get eaten out and if so for how long! Is your intercourse fast or slow enough to where you can feel  what is happening inside to you... Find what ever spots eheir are on you that will make you quiver inside and ouild from there!
