painfull clicking in upper arm..feels muscle dropping towards elbow

follwin an accident dislocated shoulder,i had 4 surgerys to stable it..i have now a very painful click in arm when i relax it..feels its droppin from the muscle into my elbow..can u tell me if this is serious as its so painful..

I wish I could tell you what your problem is, but there's no way for me to tell. You really need to have your doctor examine it – preferably the doctor who is familiar with your history and your surgeries.
