Greetings. I'm a 63 year old male paying the price for multi athletic hurts over the years. (Both hips replaced, rotater cuff surgery, broken ribs, collar bone, etc.) I am currently prescribed 200mg of Tridural (just going up from 100mg) taken in the morning for chronic shoulder pain, 70mg of Amytriptyline taken at night for Restless Leg Syndrome, and, if still jumping around in bed (we are not talking sexual encounters), .5mg of Clonazepam under the tongue which generally gets me to stop bouncing and get to sleep. I continue to work out to stop from ceasing up altogether. If pain continues and throbs, I can pop an oxycontin for relief. As well, I've been taking 81 mg of aspirin daily to prevent clogging in my varicose veins. I feel like a walking pharmacy and would like to chuck it all. I'm particularly worried about the mixture, especially the increase in Tridural. I would like to live another 20 years actively. Comments please and thank you. F.
