Don't want 2 throw out meds that someone elese can't afford. What 2 do w/ these meds

I have been alot of different meds that did not work for me and i can't throw them knowing there are people out there needing these meds. I have meds for fm and chronic pain like Lyrica from 50mg - 100mg/ tramadol/tizanidine and nabumetone. If there is'nt somewhere i can bring these to there...
