feet and toe numbness

Ginnie
05/24/08

I was diagnosed with AA in 91 though started with symptoms in 85.Lately I've been getting progressivly worse with numbness in my toes and this week the knuckle in my right big toe is now non existant!.The numbness is now going up both legs and I've been falling over.I saw my GP yesterday and for the first time (at last!)he's refering me to a Neuro specialist ,my appointment has already been sent for in 3weeks.Along with this I've been having twitchy eyes, sometimes lasting most of the day but every day at some point .I wasn't going to mention this to him but he said I was right to as it may be significant. Can anyone relate to these particular problems, they're getting worse by the week.I have Fibromyalgia as well but I feel as if this isn't related to that but to the AA ! I'd be grateful for any info, thanks,GinnieSmile

Have you found the answer yet.  Yes I can relate, have test scheduled next week.  Looking for some type of diagnosis so it can then be treated.
