Hello there- Ok here is my question.. I am getting swelling in my extremities. what can I do besides the obvious, to get the swelling down?

Hello there- Ok here is my question.. I am getting swelling in my left ankle and foot that wont go away. This has happened before but the swelling went down after a few days. But this time, its even spread to my left hand and now my right foot and ankle. ? I haven't been eating a lot of salt. how…
