Several things can cause this in diabetes. One common cause is thinning of the blood vessels which results in their not being 'tight' enough to prevent your blood from pooling in your legs.... Because this can cause nerve damage over time its important that you exercise, eat right and, if prescribed, take your insulin consistently.
