Neither one is a good idea if you have Raynaud's.  But you need to see your Dr, cuz Raynaud's primarily affects the fingers/hands and toes/feet and what you're talking about is something else. Raynaud's starts at the END of the extremities and goes toward the body's core and like I said, it's mostly confined to hands and feet. You wouldn't be trying to ignore or deny the symptoms of a heart attack,would you? GO TO YOUR DOCTOR NOW!!!!!!!!
