I stand corrected-as you said, you are a rare case and I wasn't aware of your extensive testing to confirm your diagnosis. You'd be surprized to see all the heart attacks that only have pain in shoulder, arm, elbow, wrist,or jaw with no actual chest pain at all.Especially females.  But back to the original ? Both drugs can cause problems-particularly when vascular problems are already present. That's where they came up with the phrase "you must weigh the benefits against the risks" when taking some meds. If you started one of them recently, then it would be the culprit. If you've been on both for some time it could be a cumulative effect or combination of the two---or--it could just be totally unrelated to either, and the disease process has flared up for some reason. Considering the gravity of the possible complications from a clot or vascular collapse, you should still see your doc asap. Losing a limb, having a stroke if a clot breaks loose, or possibly dying  is not something to take chances with. I wish you luck in finding the cause before something bad might happen.Your family/friends need you around!
