How to stop chronic Hip Popping!

The nervew blocks im reciving are doing well.. but my hip still continues to pop.. and when it does its like a pressing burning pain!...sometimes it lasts 5 secs sometimes a few mins, sometimes an hr or longer....ive been taking the dlucosamine and chrondrontin but it doesnt seem to stop it...
