I had a similar problem but my hip only popped occassionally, but I had heavy pain especially if I walked fast or ran from plane to plane at the airport.  I discovered stem cell mobilization after many tries with anti inflammatories, DMSO, and many other natural remedies that did not work.  By mobilizing my own adult stem cells, my cartilage was renewed and I feel that bone tissue was grown back.  Now, I don't have any discomfort when nerves were being squeezed between the bones of the hip joint without the right amount of cartilage in between.  I was diagnosed with chronic bursitis and could never run again.  Well, I am running again and ran yesterday for the 39th time after ten years of a painful hip.
