Morally speaking, the federal government is guilty of playing politics over real science and taking serious only lobbist bribes over citizens' pain. Big pharma, has applied for dozens of patents of cannabinoids, at the same time paying politicians to continue holding marijuana as a Schedule 1 drug that has "no medical value"...obviously, the real crime is big pharma doing a "shake down" "Prohibition...goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes.
