how do I find a doctor who specializes in the treatment of fibromyalgia
I would check out the excellent FM section on the Health Central Website which is hosted by Karen Richards, one of the co-founders of the National Fibromyalgia Association (NFA).

I would also go to the NFA's website. You may be able to get direct information from their website or you may be able to get information from one of the many local support groups they assist.

Getting a good doctor is very important for the treatment of FM. Good luck!

See a Rheumatologist. They specialize in Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus and because the symptoms are so closely related to the latter, they, also, diagnose and treat Fibromyalgia patients.
