I too suffer from fibro and have just recently started having musclespasms,(charlie horse type) in my legs at night. I am on valium for muscle spasms, prescribed by my pain management doc. It seems to help quite a bit. I was taking soma but it would knock me out everytime I would take it. Good luck and God bless! Survival101
