Hi Morgan,   I had similar experiences with Cymbalta.  The jitteriness while I was awake subsided after awhile.  I had trouble with restlessness while I slept.  I also talked in my sleep a lot.  Most nights I wasn't aware of this, but it drove my husband crazy.  He had so much trouble sleeping.  Then I apparently started vocalizing and moving around as though I was having a sex dream- this according to my husband.  It caused a lot of problems in our marriage and that's actually why I went off the Cymbalta- because he couldn't handle the sleep issues.   The Cymbalta did help with my pain- for 8 months I was pain free for the first time since I was a teenager.  That was like a miracle to me!  My energy level was higher- which is really amazing in the wintertime!  I did have many side effects- the sleep ones I already mentioned and dry mouth, high blood pressure, dizziness, fatigue in the mornings, etc.  But up until my marriage was threatened, it was all worth it to me to be pain free.  Now I've been off of it for about a month and the pain is back worse than ever- it's hard to function on a daily basis and that is very discouraging.  I'm not sure where to go from here...   But- that's my two cents on Cymbalta- I hope that helps!  Good luck!   Pamela
