Q: does ibuprofen help as a muscle relaxant?

iBuprofen can be used as a muslce relaxant. However, its effectiveness is entirely variant on the intensity of your ailment. There are actually many other OTC relaxants as well. Try something like Robaxin. If that is not possible, you will find surprising relief from drugs such Benadryl. This is because Benadryl is a drug that debilitates the bodies natural defenses. Seeing as how inflammation is a natural defense, you may as well weaken it with an anti-histamine. Good luck with any and all pain relief.
