Q: i have a round white pill with number 10 on one side and f-l on the other side. what is it?

It could be a drug called Lexapro that's used primarily to treat depression and anxiety. Its an improved version of Celexa. Its also - like several other anti-depressant and anti-anxiety drugs - used to treat nerve pain.
