Q: severe hunger pangs, leg pain,,

Have been experiencing very bad hunger pangs, for 2 months now, which are relieved by eating for a short while, but come back after half hour, they wake me from my sleep, and since this started have extreme throbbing pains in my legs, with tingling and numbness in my hands also.these pains are not relieved by taking painkillers. Recently had a course of antibotics, for mouth and throat ulcers ,which made my stomach very sick.

My first suggestion would be to have your doctor check you for diabetes.  If your blood glucose levels are ok, talk with your doctor about looking into possible gastrointestinal problems.
