Sara

Let me start off by saying that I am in no way an expert or doctor.  That being said, I am 25 years old and having been suffering from severe hip pain for most of my life.  About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and was able to find relief for some time.

My mom experienced the same symptoms you have describe and a few years before I was diagnosed, she was told she suffered from Fibromyalgia.

It is very hard to get doctors to listen to you and understand that your pain is real (imagine being 15 years old).  I cannot tell you the ignorance and arrogance I experienced in my quest to find relief from the pain.

I hope that I have given you a place to start looking and that you find relief more quickly and easier than I did.

Fondly

I just worked 3 mths on a project and ruined  my diet, exercise and sleep routines...  I found myself suffering from lots of inflammation and hazy thinking... So I took drastic measures after the job ended

I did a detox cleansing fast, like BioGenesis offers, followed by a 2 mth period of testing (one day at a time) what you might have food allergies to.

After my detox,  my hip pain is down 60% after just 3 days. In 3 wks, I'll start re-introducing "trouble" foods like grains and gluten, dairy products, caffeine, chocolate, honey & sugar, etc.

I'm going to stay off nightshade veggies (includes potatoes, eggplant, all peppers, paprika, tomatoes, etc) for 3 mths

I also changed my orthotic to one provided by www.mortonsfoot.com - ended the one-sided hip pain, shoulder pain and calf pain and rebuilt my arches for the first time in years.
