I'm 31 years old, recovering from a car accident

I am 31 years old, currently residing in Denmark with my husband,...

05/16/08

I was involved in a severe car accident roughly 5 months ago; two surgeries, multiple fractures, including a delayed diagnosis on a scapular fracture, and other issues with my shoulder (my entire L side of my body hit the driver's side door that it pushed the door backwards on its hinges)(the car rolled).  My insurance paid for roughly 15 visits for physical therapy.  After those benefits ran out, I joined a local gym, and continued PT on my own.  My progress has been substantial, but my pain is overwhelming, particularly my shoulder and knee.  (My L knee I tore all ligaments, and the surgery could not be done orthoscopically; my L ankle has two metal plates and approximately 12 screws).  Has anyone else experienced medications online?  I am living in Denmark, and am not covered under their socialized healthcare system for the next two to three months.  I am feeling hopeless.  Suggestions?
