I moved out of the country, and my surgeon suggested buying pain meds online? Are these legit?

I was involved in a severe car accident roughly 5 months ago; two surgeries, multiple fractures, including a delayed diagnosis on a scapular fracture, and other issues with my shoulder (my entire L side of my body hit the driver's side door that it pushed the door backwards on its hinges)(the car...
