Pregabalin is the generic name for Lyrica and was the first drug to receive FDA approval for treating fibromyalgia.  Milnacipran is not yet on the market in the U.S. but is being considered for FDA approval for the treatment of fibromyalgia.  I haven't heard what the brand name for milnacipran will be.  There is no drug that contains both pregabalin and milnacipran.   For more information about pregabalin and milnacipran, read:   A Day to Celebrate!  FDA Approves First Drug for Fibromyalgia   Third Fibromyalgia Drug May Be Approved Soon
