Lymph/nds in NEck Pain+Dry lungs Copd,Sores HEad Arms Face+Lumps over back Occipital PAINFULL

This is a syndrom that Occurs ,first I feel awfull,nausea,head ache..then My nodes on back neck,and sides font of ear are all wiggly painfull,and enlarged long ways? very tender,hardly touch,they get a little larger.. My throat and lungs burn and are like DRY I cant explain only if youu haveyou...
