Yes, every medication has an expiration date.  The expiration date should be indicated on the prescription label.  If not, call the pharmacy where you purchased the medication and ask them when it expires.  Taking expired medications can be dangerous, so knowing the expiration date is important. 

 

For future reference, you can extend the expiration date of medications by storing them properly.  Read "Storing Medications" to learn how to store various medications.
