Q: hydracod/ apap 5/500 what is this? had a tooth pulled and was wondering what all th numbers were.

The 5 refers to 5 mgs. of hydrocodone - the main pain reliever in the pill. The 500 refers to the 500 mgs. of acetaminophen.  Acetaminophen enhances the effects of hydrocodone.
