Q: Doctor wants to take me off of my oxycontin and oxycodone and has started by 10mg perday, isn't that

I have fibromyalgia, DDD in the neck, spurring, arthritis, hep C pain. My doctor and i had agreed to 3, 20mg oxycontin and 6 oxycodone perday particulary in the winter months and until my pain subsided. Well it didn't and got worse. Now he has cut me back in 4 weeks 10mg of oxycontin per day. What he did was give me even worse pain and now I can't sleep. Also, did I mention that this is my 4th year in a very difficult menopause every sympton, including joint pain, very unbearable in the morning. Do you think also, the Ultram, added to my oxycodone would be a help, I hear it is good for fibromyalgia

I am not sure what to do either...I have 3 bad discs in my neck with no insurence and I have been taking oxy's and ativan for a year now but its not getting better. The pain is all day long. I pray to god to take me..Jim smalley 307-922-3178
