Q: found a pill it is yellow oblong and is marked lP 254, what is it?

According to the Pill Identifier on Drugs.com, it is Ranitidine hydrochloride 300 mg.  Ranitidine is used to treat stomach ulcers, gerd, indigestion, etc.

not 100% but I think this is a 10mg percocet.  I used to be on them, and I am sure that it sounds like them.
