test were done such as a egd berium small intestine but showed only a hyatial heria that i have had for along time i am taking meds so that i am able to eat without gettig sick and thats with any kind of food . help

Have you been tested for gall bladder problems?
Where you say the pain is, sounds like gall b ladder issues.
Maybe you have gall stones,, or an inflammed gb.
Just a suggestion,,, hope it helped some.
