To get the pure form of any controled medication, takes an act of congress. It's the food and drug admin. who is trying to control the amount of drugs on the street. Face it, if they make a pill that works too good, they pull it so fast it's not even funny. They are in it for the money that lines their pockets, not to find something that works the best. Even if a cure all pill is found, you will never hear of it, because it will put them out of business. Remember back in 1982 when you could buy a yellow pill made by Comtrex? They pulled it from the market as soon as they found out it worked too well, and people were getting beter after useing it. It's the same way in pain meds. The only way to get the pill that works the best, is to be on your death bed. I feel for you, I have chronic lower back pain myself, and I can't get what I need eather. Good luck.
