Q: my left hip hurts when I go for a walk but it hurts some when Im just at home too.why does it hurt

it could very well be that you are carrying too much weight at a time in your backpack or purse. mine does this too, and i am only 22. so i have to be careful of how many books i carry when walking around on the college campus. if the pain continues after you've lightened up, talk with a doc.
