There is a moral obligation and duty to help one another, but don't hold your breath. It's all about the money.  If you have some you can get help. If you have none, unless you live in San Francisco, you are likely on your own.  It is likely there is also some legal obligation, but there is no enforcement mechanism (again) unless you have $$$$$ for the legal team to beat up the doctor who got you hooked.  Good luck, scotto
