LORD NO!!!!!!!! Vicoden is hydrocodone, and percocet is oxycodone!!! Percocet is the winner here for severe pain. You take less amounts for more pain! They are vastly different as far as chemical makeup, and hydrocodone is three time weaker than oxycodone!
