I will be honest with you, I dont see any difference really.  I had back surgery and dr wrote me rx for percocet.  He gave me 10's 325. I took two when I first got home and it did help the pain, but did not notice any kind of high feeling.  Hydrocodone helps also.  Works differently for different people.  Watch out for people that may ask you for one.  They will say it is for their back, but most of the time it is because they want to get high with alcohol.  Plus, it will ruin it for you when your dr looks to see how fast your pills are going.
