Abdominal aortic aneurysms are not my area of expertise.  In searching for information, I haven't found arm pain listed as a symptom, but you really need to check with your doctor to be sure and to find out what is causing your arm pain.  As you probably know, pain in the left arm can be a symptom of a heart attack, so if that's the case, you should get it check right away.
