What is left for someone who has proved Allergic or non responsive to all drugs.

I have CRPS,  Type 2, am allergic to ALL nacotics and non responsive to all the drugs tried(long list)

 

I had Medtronic pump implanted and removed as was allergic to even the tiniest dose.

 

What is left for me???

A tough situation. There are alternative means of dealing with pain. Acupuncture, for instance, can be very effective in reducing pain. Other alternative therapies include such things as meditation, guided relaxation, etc. to turn down the pain activating pathways in the brain. For some people they can be very effective. Check out the URL's below for some more information. If you live in a state where medical marijuana is allowed that's another option for people for whom pain drugs do not work.

 

The last URL deals with Pain Management Centers. Perhaps if you can get to one perhaps they'll have a different slant on how to deal with your pain.
