Has anyone heard of the Laser Spine Institute (LSI)?

This institute called us saying that they can help my fiance with his chronic back pain.
All his other doctors say there is nothing that can be done. I don't know who to believe.
the surgery LSI wants to do will cost us around $20,000.00, we don't have that kind of money, especially if it's a scam. Please help, I can't find anyone who have heard of these people.

After reading your post I began researching and found this site..There is soe reading involved and it has multiple people giving pros and cons..
Whatever the decision is I hope it wil be the best one..When in pain it is hard to be rational about what to do..
