I am on a high dose of warfarin and feel like I am swelling up and I am a LOT of pain.

I had a stroke last year and was put on warfarin. I was okay for a while but for the last 5-6 months I feel like my left side is turning to cement and swelling. Now it is my left leg and right arm. My doctor doesn't believe me but the pain in my upper abdomen is severe, but since tests show...
