Perhaps you should get a second opinion? Your doctor must have believed you were in pain since he did order the tests. Since they didn't come back positive he/she must feel fairly confident nothing major is happening in your abdomen.   On the other hand the most common side effect - which can indicate that warfarin - a blood thinner - is causing bleeding is unusual pain, swelling and discomfort - which is what you described.   Some of the other side effects associated with internal bleeding are prolonged bleeding from cuts or gums, persistent nosebleeds, unusually heavy or prolonged menstrual flow, unusual or easy bruising, dark urine, black stools, severe headache, unusual dizziness.   Do you have any of those? In any case if you're in pain and you're not getting satisfaction from your current  doctor perhaps its time to ask for a second opinion.     http://www.healthsquare.com/drugs/114389.htm   Good luck!
