Stinging,hot pain w numbness, tingling R leg, now in 2 wks also groin, buttocks and half L leg

Last year had two L4-5 Laminectomy/Discectomies with Cauda Equina, C7 rupture with bone graft/plate/screw Fusion. Slow healing with Sjogren's has now progressed to this within wks. There is some finger/hand/wrist/forearm numbness/tingling that seems positional. MRI a few mos ago showed 5 min disc...
