i have severe spinol stenosis left & RIGHT SIDE IS THIS GROUNGS FOR DISABILITY THANK YOU
There is no disease or condition that automatically qualifies for disability. The key to getting disability is being able to prove that you cannot do any kind of work on a regular basis (i.e., work a normal schedule).

Go to Allsup.com, they have a guideline for spinal cord injuries. If I remember right having Spinal Stenosis is one of their 4 conditions that make it a hell of a lot easier to get than not. But the previous answer is also correct, that you cant be able to do any kind of work, and I mean ANY kind of work, but the fact that you have proof of the stenosis will be a big step in the right way. Hope I helped?
