Hey there. Being a survivor of neck surgery (removed 6 disc). I think I went through every medicine there was. Nothing seemed to work. What I tried seems to be very odd. 1) I got vicoprofen from my doctor.

2) I take ben gay on the back and then a cold rag on it for few minutes.

3) There is a new product called activ on. Works great.

I did realize one thing. The tightness that I was having was coming from my shoulder

being tight and coming up to the base of my skull.

I know it sounds crazy but it helped me. It works good for my severe migraines if I catch them soon enough.

Have a great day.
